Hope this finds you in the best of health and spirits!
February is the month of love, named after Februa, an ancient purification feast.
Many people seek fulfillment, or fill in their missing pieces through another person.
As a Relationship Coach I am often asked: “How can I attract love and have a happy, healthy loving relationship?”
With a Masters in Education and Masters in Spiritual Psychology, I have learned that attracting love starts on the inside first and then works it way out. If you want love in your relationship, it’s time to take a look at the relationship you have with “YOURSELF”.
So often it is easy to blame the other person and say s/he doesn’t do this, or doesn’t say that to you. And that’s why you aren’t feeling loved.
What would it look like if you made a commitment to your "SELF"? Self- care is the foundation for developing a relationship YOU. Taking care of you, listening to your self-talk is where the real love relationship starts.
The way to experience a great relationship with your SELF and avoid collisions is to observe your thoughts that you are thinking. Notice what you are saying about yourself - - your self-talk.
Are you affirming your positive qualities and assets - or do you say "things that find fault"?
How does what you say about yourself impact what happens in your life?
I invite you to listen to what you are thinking, and are saying about yourself during the week. Then notice the results that happen in your life. It's your choice.

Here is one of my favorite quotes from Dr. Wayne Dyer:
"If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”
Keep that quote in mind when you start talking to yourself.
